PVU reconciliation fails or loses consumption after host and LPAR UID reassignment, causing "ReconcileLicenses - Calculate" import step to fail with error: "Failed to attach node to parent due to an invalid hierarchy (recursion) detected [...]"
A logic bug in the reconciliation process may result in the "ReconcileLicenses - Calculate" step of the import failing when data about IBM hosts and LPARs gets into a particular state.
