How to upgrade to the Flexera Integration App 5.0.854

Important: If you are upgrading the Flexera Integration app from a version prior to 5.0.854, then you must follow one of the two instruction sets below.

• Upgrade without cleanup of the custom columns in CMDB_CI table in ServiceNow

            Required files to be reviewed:

                      a) Upgrade without Cleanup.docx

                       b) 5.0.854-Upgrade.zip

or

• Upgrade with cleanup of the custom columns in CMDB_CI table in ServiceNow

             Required files to be reviewed:   

                        a) Upgrade with CleanUp.docx

                        b) 5.0.7-Cleanup.zip

                         c) 5.0.854-Upgrade.zip
