A purchase order shows the following warning:
Resolution
To resolve this warning:
- Go to the 'Unprocessed Purchases' screen
- Select the purchase
- Click the 'Recalculate' button
Reason
This warning may occur when the purchase was imported before the SKU was recognized in the SKU Library. Even after the SKU becomes available, the warning may remain on previously imported purchases until they are recalculated. Running Recalculate forces Flexera to reassess the purchase against the latest SKU recognition data and remove the warning if the SKU can now be identified.
