Fix XQE-V5-0013 error when a report exceeds the row limit
When you run a report in Flexera Analytics, you might see a XQE‑V5‑0013 error:
This error occurs when the report retrieves more rows than the allowed limit.
This issue is common when using Active Reports, which download data for offline use and have stricter limits. The steps below help you identify the cause and reduce the data volume, so your report runs successfully.
- Check the report type
- Open your report in Cognos Analytics.
- Confirm whether you’re using an Active Report.
- If you are, switch to a Blank Report instead.
