Why might I have Users in Snow License Manager (SLM) with a Last sign in date of 1st January 1970?

To provide a more accurate position of linked users with licenses for Cloud based applications and services, with Snow License Manager (SLM) 9.8 (Release Notes Index: Snow License Manager) and Snow Inventory (SI) 6.5 (Release Notes Index: Snow Inventory Server), SLM defines user objects for all the users in Active Directory if User Discovery is configured and enabled within the SI Server Admin Console:

This means there may be Users in SLM that have not yet or will never be inventoried by logging on to a computer or device with a Snow agent installed. For such users, the Last Sign in date will show as 1st January 1970. This is Unix epoch time which is used to represent a date field where the value is null or 0.
