Data appears out of sync between All Inventory view and Device Properties tab
In Flexera One ITAM, you may notice that data looks out of sync between the All Inventory view and the Device Properties tab after making updates.
This happens because Flexera uses asynchronous precalculation to improve performance for large datasets. While calculations run in the background, some views may temporarily display different values.
This article explains why this happens and how to refresh your data to view the latest updates.
- In the All Inventory view, locate the Refresh Now link.
- Select Refresh to reload the data with the latest precalculated values.
After refreshing the view, you’ll see the latest synchronized data across both the grid and device properties.
