Suspicious Activity - User Details May Be Missing for Unrecognized Users in SaaS Manager

In Flexera SaaS Manager, some users in the Suspicious Activity tab may appear with missing details such as first name, last name, and email address along with blank fields in their remaining columns. This article explains why this happens.

Solution

This behavior occurs when a user exists in the application roster but are marked absent or inactive in the HR roster. Users without a corresponding active HR record are treated as unrecognized users.

If the application roster includes identifying details like first name, last name, and email, those details appear in the Suspicious Activity tab.

If the application roster does not include identifying details, the user appears with blank fields.

Outcome

Only unrecognized users who exist in the application roster with available identifying details will show complete information in the Suspicious Activity tab.
