Snow Integration Manager SCCM Connector: InUse checkbox cannot be unticked
Within the SCCM Connector Options the possibility to turn on/off specific Data source options will not be saved when unchecking the box:

Snow Integration Manager 5.8 - SCCM 2012 Connector
Analysis
Open up the settings of the SCCM connector, untick any "InUse" box, confirm and if you reopen the properties, the box will still be checked.
Resolution
The feature is being completely rebuilt in SIM 6.0.
