Snow Update Service Unhandled Error: ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.ZipException. Cannot find central directory.
When updating the DIS Rules in Snow Update Service, the installation fails with an unhandled error. The error message is as follows:
Similar errors have also been observed on the Agent and Cloud updates through Snow Update Service.
Some users experience this error when the Snow Update Service URLs have been blocked in their environment. Online updates via the Snow Update Service require a network connection.
