Risk Monitor data is one day behind Snow License Manager data

Issue

Asset data in Risk Monitor is showing information from two days earlier instead of one day earlier. Snow License Manager shows data that is one day ahead of the data displayed in Risk Monitor.

To accurately analyze application vulnerabilities, the Risk Monitor upload schedule must be adjusted so that it reflects the latest data from Snow License Manager, with a one-day delay.

Solution

The upload to Risk Monitor runs daily. If the Risk Monitor upload runs before the Data Update Job (DUJ) completes, it uploads data that is one day out of date.

You can adjust the time that the Risk Monitor upload runs so that it occurs after the DUJ completes by setting a registry value.
