Verify your ScopedApp version
Follow these steps to check the ScopedApp version within the ServiceNow interface.
- Navigate to the upper-right corner of the ServiceNow UI and select the Globe icon.
- Confirm that you are in the Flexera One Application Scope, and click the arrow to the right of the Application scope: Flexera One tab.
- Select the paper icon labeled Open Record.
- The UI displays the Flexera One details, including the name, install date, and version information.
