Retrieve cloud application URLs using a HAR file
To help Flexera Support identify Cloud Application URLs for Global Recognition and Metering, you may be asked to generate a HAR (HTTP Archive) file. A HAR file logs your browser’s network activity while interacting with a cloud application—capturing the URLs that Flexera needs to process your request.
IMPORTANT: HAR files can contain sensitive data such as cookies, login information, and downloaded content. Please only share this file with trusted support contacts.

- Log in and navigate through various parts of the application (for example, Dashboard, Settings, and Profile).
- After you're done, click the download button and save the file.

Generate a HAR file in Firefox
- Go to the login page of the cloud application you want to track.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + E (or Cmd + Opt + E on Mac) to open the Network panel.

- Log in and navigate through various parts of the application (for example, Dashboard, Settings, and Profile).
- Once the page has fully loaded, right-click on any entry in the Network tab and select Save All As HAR.
- Save the HAR file to your computer.
What to do with the HAR file
Attach the saved HAR file to your Cloud Application Request along with the required cloud template. Flexera will use the data to identify relevant URLs and remove the HAR file once the necessary information has been extracted.
Flexera Support may request a HAR file for other troubleshooting purposes, such as capturing web session traffic. For details on this process, see Capture web session traffic in a HAR file for troubleshooting.
