Electronic field updating when no inventory is linked to an asset

The Electronic Date on the General tab of the Asset Properties page should reflect the last inventory date of the inventory device linked to the asset.

In some cases, the Electronic Date continues to update even though no inventory device is linked to the asset.

When an asset is not linked to an inventory device, a corresponding ComplianceComputer record with a status of Awaiting Inventory should exist. If this Awaiting Inventory record is missing, the Electronic Date is updated to the current date instead of remaining unchanged.
