Snow License Manager: Data from IBM Big Fix connector v5.2 doesn't contain PVU data - errors seen in log

Issue

PVU per core is collected from the hosts but no application is being set as PVU based and no PVU requirements are added to applications in License Manager. Additionally, subcapacity/full capacity data from ILMT is missing.

Analysis

Reviewed Snow Integration Manager log. (log Location C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Logs\Snow Integration Manager\InventoryProvider_xxxxx.log)
Contains following error.

Resolution

The ILMT API user has insufficient permissions. The API user has to be assigned the "Software Asset Manager" role.
