Computer Details timing out throwing "An error occurred on the page!"

Issue

When selecting computer to see the details, it will display a message that it is "Loading Data". However after some time it will appear to time out and throw the message "An error occurred on the page!"

Snow License Manager 9.x.x

Steps to reproduce

When running the stored procedure SnowLicenseManager.dbo.GetComputerDetailsApplication responsible for displaying the application details it takes some time to produce the results. For example from 56 seconds to 2 minutes (or longer).

The GetComputerDetailsApplication stored procedure is slow to produce the required output.

Solution

Ensure that Index and Statistics Maintenance is performed. If not, or it is not yet in place, please refer to the Best Practices for Large Environments guide under section 7.11 Index and Statistics Maintenance.

Cause

Caused by Database Index and statistics not maintained.
