Can we aggregate multiple Microsoft 365 portals to a single tenant?

If a customer has multiple Microsoft 365 Portals and would want to all their Microsoft 365 data in a single pane of glass, is this possible?

For example:

• Customer ABC has two divisions
• Divisions are Department of Agriculture and Department of Fishery
• Each divisions has its own Microsoft 365 Portal

Customer ABC would like to aggregate the two divisions and to see the data in a single pane of glass. 

Snow License Manager version 9.12 and later

Yes it is possible to aggregate multiple Microsoft 365 Portals to a single tenant / customer as long as you are running Snow License Manager version 9.12.0 or later.

To do this:

• From the SIM Connector, aggregate the two divisions and select the correct customer or tenant.

• Once the aggregation is completed successfully, you will be able to see the data of each divisions by using Filter
