Adobe Stock Credits PUF license assigned count appears incorrect
When viewing an Adobe Stock Credits PUF license in Flexera One SaaS Manager, the assigned count may appear incorrect or display as zero. This is expected behavior.
This occurs because Adobe Stock uses a PUF (Per User Functionality) licensing model, which does not assign or track a fixed number of licenses per user. Instead, access to use Adobe Stock credits is granted through user assignment.
SaaS Manager does not display a numerical license count for this product It instead shows the users who are entitled to use Adobe Stock credits. Because of this, the Assigned field may not reflect how many users actually have access.
To verify which users can use Adobe Stock credits:
- In Adobe Admin Console, open the Adobe Stock Credits PUF license.
- Go to the Assigned Users section.
- Review the list of users.
- Confirm the listed users are the ones who should be able to use Adobe Stock credits.
For comparison, refer to the screenshots below, which show examples from SaaS Manager and the Adobe Admin Console. In SaaS Manager, the Assigned field may show zero or an unexpected value.
