View statistics in Snow Automation Platform
The Statistics view in Snow Automation Platform provides information about user activity, service requests, and time savings. You can review predefined charts, filter the underlying report data, update the charts based on selected filters, and export the data to Excel.
Statistics
The following charts are available in the Statistics view:
- Requests Per Day
Shows requests by day. Use the Range control below the chart to zoom the displayed data and select a specific period.
- Unique Users Per Day
Shows unique users by day. Use the Range control below the chart to zoom the displayed data and select a specific period.
- Time savings
Shows cumulative time savings for all executed services for the last year. The calculation adds the Time Savings value for each activity that was run during the period.
- Top services by request
Shows the top 20 services requested by users in the last year. Services are sorted in descending order based on the number of requests.
- Top services by time savings
Shows the top 20 time-saving services requested by users in the last year. Services are sorted in descending order based on the Time Savings value.
To view the data behind a chart, click Filter Data to open the Edit Report Data view.
Filter report data
In the Edit Report Data view, you can browse and sort the data. You can also filter the data to display specific information, including:
- A specific period by clicking the calendar in the Date Created column and selecting the desired dates.
- Requests based on Status, including Saved, Submitted, Completed, Rejected, Timed out, and Error.
- Workflows based on Workflow Type, including Order, Edit, and Cancel.
When you apply a filter, the Edit Report Data view is updated immediately. Click Update chart to apply the filtered data to the chart.
To export the filtered data to an Excel file (.xlsx), click Export to Excel.
