Issue

SLM web portal throws error while trying to access:

Steps to reproduce

The issue was seen after updating the SSL certificate on the SLM site. In this scenario there is a load balancer called Azure Application gateway server.

Azure Application Gateway is a web traffic load balancer that enables you to manage traffic to your web applications.

Solution

The SSL was updated for the SLM site in IIS but it was not updated on Azure Application Gateway as well and once done the SLM was accessible without errors.
